(b) protect the rights or property of BestJobs or its affiliated companies;
(c) prevent a crime or protect national security;
(d) protect the personal safety of users or the public;

As AquacultureTalent is an online recruitment platform, we offer you the opportunity to upload your CV to our database. There is only one way to upload your CV to our database:
- Your Cv/Resume it is confidential, accessible only by AquacultureTalent employeed recruiters, companies do not have access to search or browse CV/resumes. You can apply for jobs, however, employers will not have access to your CV in the database, only if you will be selected for interview or further in the process. Before Companies or Employers have access to your CV/Resume you will be informed by one of our recruiters.
- Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.
- We will not share your data with third parties, unless your application for employment is successful and we make you an offer of employment. We will then share your data with former employers to obtain references for you, employment background check providers to obtain necessary background checks.
AquacultureTalent gives you the ability to edit your personal informations and preferences at any time, including whether you want AquacultureTalent to contact you about specials, new products and for customer feedback. Also you can request at any time for delete of your personal data.
