A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Senior National Account Manager for France and Luxembourg to join a world leading seafood brand to help build strong partnerships with Horeca service, food service and realising joint strategies to grow sales and profit, increase market share, respecting at all times the image and priorities of the brand.

You will be responsible for strategic vison and outlining the ambitions to improve sales, profit and brand image, and the initiatives needed to achieve those ambitions. 

Successful candidates will have a proven record of establishing a growing relationship with Horeca industry, and must have at less 4 years relevant experience.

Candidates must have a strong background in Key account management,with some experience of people management. 

Purpose

  • Penetrate, develop and grow key product categories, build a robust pipeline of qualified customer opportunities, accelerating and achieving the sales and profitability objectives.
  • Select, profile, acquire and develop long term relationships with new targeted end-user customers key accounts. The key account acquisition targets will be in line with the according company strategic/ financial targets.
  • The existing customer portfolio and the new established key account customer portfolio have an important impact on the short and long term strategic/financial targets of the company, and stresses the importance of the Lead KAM role within the company.


Main requirements

  • Leadership role in an environment that embraces cross functional collaboration
  • Good working knowledge of French, English (verbal and written) needed, Dutch and Spanish is an advantage
  • Being able to deliver presentations and reports
  • Computer literate in main business software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Pioneering mindset and entrepreneurial drive
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Being able to translate needs into business
  • Strong proven communication skill required
  • Motivator, having the leadership skills to get things done

  • Being open for different customer/company/country cultures
  • Having the financial skills to understand the financial elements of KAM (from Sales to Profit) customer profitability.
