Our main focus is specialized talent: Production, Fish farmers, Fish farm managers, Biologist, Quality Control, HR, Managers, you name it ... From junior to lead positions! We make sure we provide our Candidates and our Employers with a unique experience on AquacultureTalent, your are all assigned a Recruiter who to give them support.

You'll simply need to go to our employers section and login or sign up and follow the easy steps to publish a job offer or schedule a quick call with our of our team members.

Our team will then review it and publish it so that all profesionals in the aquaculture, seafood and fisheries industry can see it.

  2. You didn't provide credible company information.
  3. Your job offer is confusing or poorly written.
  4. You're job offer is not legit. E.g. you’re looking for a co-founder (sorry, that's not our gig) or a slave (abolished since the XVIII century). 

Our marketing team will promote your job openings through our network of affiliates, partners, social media and community (you may get a mention in our weekly newsletter), as well as other channels. We are working in partnership with Linkedin, your job offer will be published on a job slot, and same with all our other partners. You will get maximum exposure in Aquaculture, seafood and fisheries comunity!

Everything starts with job specs and with a job description that’s clear and transparent in what you expect the new hire to do, and also shows your company’s personality. If, for some reason, you decide not to keep the new hire, or if the new employee leaves the employer within a 90 day guarantee period after the start date, AquacultureTalent will re-open or keep the job offer live until a new candidate matches the job, at no extra cost.
