Frinsa, founded in Ribeira (Galicia) in 1961, is one of the largest European seafood canners. We provide canned seafood products to the major food retailers in Europe under their own brands and also manufacture a wide range of canned products with our brands Ribeira and Frinsa. Sustainability is at the heart of our strategy. We are part of a number of associations and partnerships that promote sustainable fisheries and the protection of the marine environment, including the International Seafood Sustainability Foundation (ISSF), Friend of the Sea, the Earth Island Institute, Marine Steward Council (MSC) and Sustainable Fisheries Partnership (SFP).
As a result of previous successful collaboration with Frinsa, Frinsa gave us exclusivity to search for Madrid office a Travel Manager, with experience in the organization and coordination of business trips, and feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Working closely with the client to ensure the process ran smoothly, we identified strong candidates for the position, targeting our client’s main competitors and some of the best agencies in the business.
We interviewed 4 candidates to assess their skills and personal attributes first before putting forward the candidates to our client. Successful candidate have settled in with flying colours, using her expertise to make a big difference to their company’s daily operation and travelling.
