Our state of the art BluehouseTM, located in the small village of Hvide Sande, was the first of its kind when built in 2011. This commercial pilot facility demonstrated the ability to raise Atlantic salmon without the use of net pens in open water. Our proven technology will allow raising salmon closer to the end consumer.

AquacultureTalent together with our sister company from Norway, Din BemanningsPartner a specialised seafood staffing agency we were asked to recruit a several RAS Technicians for the plant in Danmark and USA. Actively recruiting for several positions.

A considerable challenge was presented on this recruitment. Firstly the location, but also the requirements for candidates to ideally have both RAS industry experience and and also very driven for sucess, as the appointee needed to be result driven and same time to reach company fase targets.

As well as identifying candidates with the right industry experience, we had to make sure that we were able to identify individuals who could adapt to this volatile environment while bringing long term stability to the site. The key issue was to find someone with RAS experience, very dedicated and willing to develop and follow a tight target set by Atlantic Sapphire.
