When SouthFresh company was founded in 1987, few people realized the true potential of farm raised catfish. In the years since, they have learned all catfish are not created equal. Flavor and overall quality comes down to the care and expertise of the people who raise and process the fish. Went to great lengths to find the best people, technology and sustainable practices to source catfish of the highest quality.
SouthFresh needed to recruit Baader tech for their production plant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Our client wanted to attract candidates outside the state. The challenge our client had was not only finding experienced candidates in this positions, but also competing against the seafood industry where there is a limited number of Baader Tech specilised for the baaders they were using.
After consulting with our clients HR department, we planned and managed a targeted headhunting recruitment campaign were we would target specific regions to attract experienced candidates. Our first step was to develop a recruitment strategy in which our team created five attention-grabbing recruitment advertisements that would enhance SouthFresh brand and attract the right candidates. We then proceeded to work with our client in developing an inspired tag-line that would speak volumes about their business and career opportunities. In addition, we focused more on the value proposition rather job description to drive candidates to apply for the position and which also brought more awareness to other SouthFresh job opportunities.
The result, came with a 10 years experienced candidate from Alaska, with deep knowledge of this specific baader machines.
