Our heritage
Aquaculture, seafood and talent are in our DNA.
From its beginnings more than a decade ago, when Jon Botn Jørgensen founded our sister company Din BemanningPartner (DB Partner) the focus has been on the aquaculture and seafood industry, serving the entire industry in Nordic Countries and beyond. More than 10 years later, DB Partner has over 600 employees serving and supporting the aquaculture and seafood industry in Nordic Countries.
With our expertise and very dedicated team members, in 2015 we said, Global it is. We launched AquacutureTalent with only one specific mission, to serve the global industry with talent and quality services.
DB Partner and AquacultureTalent are the one and only company of it is kind serving the aquaculture, seafood and fisheries industry on both Staffing, Executive Search and Headhunting services on a global scale. That evolution, and the variety of services we now offer, today are based on our commitment to quality in all that we do.
